Adiantum pedatum – Native plant
A popular cold hardy, North American native fern with distinctive, fan-shaped, lacy, green fronds on shiny black, curved stems. Great clumper in our zone. Best in rich soils, lightly shaded areas with good air circulation. Use among traditional woodland plants, Hosta and beneath shade trees. Very delicate looking but hardy to zone 3. Note we have many other ferns from time to time and not listed. Drop in for a visit once we are open to view.
